For those not familiar, NORML is the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws, which advocates decriminalization, legalization and sensible regulation of marijuana and non-marijuana products of Cannabis sativa such as medical products derived from the plant and industrial hemp – a profitable, exceptionally versatile cash crop that many of our allies and trading partners use to their competitive advantage. I (Godfrey) am a member of the National Legal Committee of NORML: while I am not particularly active with the Committee I am proud to be associated with the organization.
